REFUND POLICY
Any and all products purchased by new customers
on their initial product order are covered by the
following standard Refund & Exchange Policy:
Applicable to INITIAL product purchase ONLY. All
reorders are on an exchange basis only. NO REFUNDS
WILL BE ISSUED ON REORDERS. Please call SCI offices
to request refund authorization code. 270-688-0075
• Any purchaser may, within 30 days of initial
purchase date, request a refund for a product/sales
aids purchase.
• Refund requests must be made on the Return/Exchange
Form, include the Order Number and date, and be
accompanied by an original signature of the order
recipient. (form included in box and available online.)
• Items must be returned postpaid to the company’s
principle place of business in unused resalable
condition.
• Refunds will be issued ONLY to the individual
who paid for the originally purchased items (not
necessarily the recipient of the items).
• All refunds shall be processed within 30
days of receipt of returned items.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
• A 15% restocking fee of purchase price will
be charged on all returned items. Applicable sales
tax will be refunded.
EXCHANGE POLICY
The
exchange policy is in effect for ALL reorders and
must be requested within 60 days of original purchase.
All reorders are on an exchange basis only, NO REORDER
REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. Please call of our offices
to request exchange authorization code at 270-688-0075.
• Any purchaser may, within 60 days from purchase
date, request an exchange for the initial purchase.
• Exchange requests must be made on the Return/Exchange
Form, include the Order number and date, and be
accompanied by an original signature of the order
recipient.
• Products, product containers, or sales aids
must be returned postpaid to SCI’s principle
place of business.
• Exchanges ONLY will be honored for any opened
or expired products.
• Products are exchangeable for products only.
Sales aid materials are exchangeable for sales aid
materials only.
• Exchanges will take place within 10 business
days of receipt of returned items.
• A Standard shipping fee of $6.95 will be
charged for replacement items.
